Search is the only channel where the customer went looking first. We make sure you are one of the businesses they find.
Every other channel interrupts someone. Outreach arrives when they were doing something else. Advertising appears beside what they came to read. Search is the only one where the person went looking first.
That is why an enquiry from search tends to close more easily. They arrived with the problem already formed, and they were choosing between businesses rather than deciding whether to bother.
The work is making sure you are one of the businesses they can choose from. If you are not on the page, you are not in the decision.

For anyone searching near you, the map results sit above everything else. Google decides what appears there on three things: how well you match the search, how close you are, and how well known you are. Two of those you can work on.
Categories, services, hours, attributes, photographs. Google's own guidance is that a complete and accurate profile is what improves how well you match a search. Most profiles are half finished and it costs them.
How well known you are is built partly from your review count and rating, which is why reputation and search are not separate projects.
Your profile and your website should agree on who you are, what you do and where. When they disagree, the signal weakens.
A search engine has to be able to reach your pages, read them, and understand what each one is about. Get that wrong and the best content in your market will not help you, because nothing is looking at it.
So we audit the unglamorous layer. Can crawlers reach every page. Does each page have a title that describes it. Is there structured data telling a machine what kind of business this is. Does the site load before someone leaves.
Speed is part of this, not separate from it. Google's threshold for the largest thing on your screen is two and a half seconds. Our own header logo is 107KB. Most agency sites ship one eight times that size and never check.
We run the same audit on our own site that we run on yours. Everything above is verifiable by anyone who wants to look.

A growing share of buyers ask an AI assistant before they open Google. The assistant answers with a handful of businesses. If yours is not readable, it is not in that handful.
Most sites have never considered this. We explicitly permit the assistants that matter, including those behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and the wider training crawlers, so your business can be read rather than skipped.
Structured data that states plainly what you do, who you serve and where. Clear factual copy rather than marketing language an assistant cannot verify or repeat.
Nobody can promise you a place in an AI answer, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can do is make sure the reason you were left out is not that your site was unreadable.

We do not buy links, stuff keywords, or spin content. Google names keyword stuffing as a spam policy violation, and the schemes that work briefly are the ones that get sites penalised later.
We also will not promise you a position. Nobody controls the ranking, and any agency guaranteeing you first place is either guessing or planning to point at a search term nobody uses.
Expect three to six months before ongoing SEO shows properly. Local visibility and technical fixes can move sooner. If you need enquiries this month, outreach is the honest answer and we will tell you so.
